YAKIMA, Wash.- A 24-year-old man in Yakima is in critical condition after being shot several times on Sunday evening.
According to the Yakima Police Department, police responded to a report of gunshots at 6:15 p.m. near 900 Pleasant Ave. Police discovered a man who had multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and remains in critical condition.
Police have remained on the scene to investigate and advise anyone with information to contact YPD Detectives.
