RICHLAND, Wash.- According to the Richland Police Department, officers responded to a reckless driving complaint near Leslie Groves Park Friday night.
In a Facebook post from RPD, witnesses reported seeing racing on the street which resulted in a collision with a parked car.
RPD said that two young drivers were found and cited for Reckless Driving and their vehicles were towed and impounded.
