YAKIMA, Wash. – The Yakima Valley Sports Commission is keeping close watch on the current air quality in Yakima to determine if the Hot Shots 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament will continue.
The tournament says if the Air Quality Index drops to an unhealthy level for the general public, decisions will be made regarding the event and players, vendors and staff will be notified.
The tournament, as of 5 p.m. on Fri, July 26, is still on. Hot Shots takes place on Sat., July 27 and Sun., July 28.
