YAKIMA, Wash.-Residents who pay their utilities online will need to create a new account starting Feb. 15.
The City of Yakima is transitioning to a new online payment provider and online accounts and payments may experience interruptions or delays.
According to the City, the bill payment kiosk outside City Hall will be temporarily unavailable during the transition, however, there are still several options for customers to submit payments.
Yakima utility payment options:
In-person at Yakima City Hall: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.By mail: Mail payment to City of Yakima Utility Billing at P.O. Box 22720, Yakima, WA. 98907-2720.City Hall drop box: (no cash payments accepted).Harman Center drop box: 101 N. 65th Ave. (No cash payments accepted).
