YAKIMA, Wash. – The Yakima Greenway is hosting its free Family Fun Fest at Sarg Hubbard Park on Fri., Aug. 16 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Family-friendly activities include kayaking, a Slip-n-Slide, a bouncy castle, a bike rodeo, golfing, rock painting and more. McDonald’s of Yakima also has a special prize for those who participate in all activities.
Attendees are invited to bring their bikes for the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance’s bike rodeo, though bikes and helmets will be available through FreeBikes4Kidz Yakima.
Community booths and local food trucks will also be in attendance.
