According to a letter from the Washington Department of Children, Youth and Families, an investigation found that there was insufficient evidence of rape at the Little Hands Daycare.
DCYF says the Yakima daycare’s license suspension was lifted following the investigation.

A Yakima daycare is currently under investigation for a possible rape that occurred at the center.
According to the Washington Department of Children, Youth and Families the license for Little Hands Daycare has been suspended.
DCYF has also confirmed an active investigation into the daycare is being conducted.
