YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash. – A stolen vehicle was recovered by Yakima County officers on Monday according to the Zillah Police Department.
ZPD, along with the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office and drone support from Yakima County Fire District 5, reportedly found the stolen vehicle in a Chevron gas station.
With YCFD5’s drone support, officers found one man attempting to hide in the vehicle. Several commands were given by officers but the man did not leave the vehicle.
ZPD says a window was broken out and pepperballs were fired. The man immediately exited the vehicle and was arrested after being medically cleared.
