YAKIMA, Wash. – The City Council of the City of Yakima will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025 to receive comments on the 2024 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award.
Yakima County is eligible for $12,809 through JAG funding.
The hearing will be held at the Council Chambers at Yakima City Hall, 129 North 2nd Street, Yakima, WA.
Anyone can attend the event and provide their testimony on the proposal. The City of Yakima also takes comments at citycouncil@yakimawa.gov. Include in the e-mail subject line, “JAG Grant.”
