FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash.-The death of a worker at the Two Rivers Grain Terminal in Pasco has been ruled accidental.
The worker, 56-year-old Viktor Voloshin, was reportedly found dead inside a tanker truck by a co-worker around 5 p.m. on June 7.
According to Franklin County Fire District 3 Chief Mike Harris, Voloshin was rinsing out an empty tanker that contained residue of liquid sulfur.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office investigated Voloshin’s death and determined that it was accidental and any foul play has been ruled out.
The official cause of death is still unknown and the Coroner’s Office is investigating.
The Washington Department of Labor and Industries is also investigating the incident, according to FCFD3.
