RICHLAND, Wash. – Local nonprofit Women of Wisdom Tri-Cities (WOW Tri-Cities) is offering free financial coaching after being awarded a $375,000 grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce’s Community Reinvestment Project.
A press release from WOW Tri-Cities says the coaching includes homebuyer education, business coaching, retirement planning and debt remediation along with career development coaching on resume building, job searching, interview preparation and continuing education.
Mentorship in the WOW Tri-Cities program is trauma-informed and will honor cultural heritage and backgrounds. It is prioritized but not limited to Black, Latine and tribal communities across the region through June 2025.
