KENNEWICK, Wash.-The Kennewick woman involved in a two-car crash on SR 395 and Kennewick Ave. on Dec. 14, has died.
Suzanne Kimberlin, 82, of Kennewick died from injuries sustained in the crash in the hospital on Dec. 23, according to the Washington State Patrol. Her family has been notified.
Kimberlin was driving southbound on SR 395 around 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 14, when she attempted to turn left onto Kennewick Ave. and crashed with a northbound car in the intersection driven by a 51-year-old Kennewick man.
According to a WSP press release, the cause of the crash was failure to yield the right-of-way to oncoming northbound traffic.
