TRI-CITIES, Wash.-Winter weather kept State Patrol Troopers busy from Yakima to Walla Walla on the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 17.
According to the WSP, Troopers responded to 50 crashes throughout the area by noon, with most due to drivers going too fast for the conditions.
