We are about halfway through the show’s end-of-summer break, after which the six stars (Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Alyssa Farah Griffin, and Ana Navarro) will all be back at the table in an all-new studio.
Season 28 of The View will officially premiere after Labor Day, with its first live episode airing on Tuesday, September 3.

The studio move was announced during the Season 27 finale episode in early August, with Hostin explaining, “After 10 years and 2,143 episodes, this is also the last show we’ll do from this studio. We’re sad to say goodbye, but we are thrilled to be moving to a brand-new studio downtown — brand-new, state-of-the-art — and we will see you there in September for the premiere of Season 28 of The View.”
