PENDLETON, Ore. The Oregon Department of Transportation has closed an eight-mile stretch of I-84 westbound.
The freeway is closed from milepost 224 to 214 between Pendleton and La Grande. All westbound lanes have been shut down as ODOT tends to multiple car crashes.
