WEST RICHLAND, Wash. – A trailer in the Red Mountain RV Park caught fire Tuesday afternoon due to the owner’s water heater.
Fire personnel on scene said no one was inside the trailer at the time of the fire starting. Neighbors saw the fire and started fighting it, including breaking a side window to fight it with a fire extinguisher.
According to fire personnel, the trailer is not habitable due to the heavy smoke and fire damage.
