TRI-CTIES, Wash.- Washington State Patrol officers arrested 16 people for driving under the influence across the Fourth of July weekend.
In a post on X, Trooper Chris Thorson also shared WSP did not respond to any deadly crashes.
According to the National Highway Traffic Administration, From 2018-2022, over 2,200 people were killed in car accidents, with 39% being alcohol-fueled accidents.
WSP said there were no DUI-related arrests in Walla Walla but there were several across Central Washington:
