WALLA WALLA, Wash.-Residents are invited to a presentation on Walla Walla’s 10-year tourism master plan on June 25 at 6 p.m. in City Council chambers.
The master plan aims to promote quality of life for residents while cultivating an engaging experiences for visitors that feature attractions and celebrates the local way of life, according to the City of Walla Walla.

“We want the tourism master plan to reflect the perspectives of all Walla Walla residents,” Walla Walla Deputy City Manager Bob Francis said. “By providing these opportunities for community members to share their thoughts, we can create a plan that will benefit everyone — residents and visitors alike.”
A team of consultants from HUB Collective will share the plan and recommendations on how to achieve it over the next 10 years at the presentation.
According to the City of Walla Walla, the plan will highlight community benefits, workforce retention, budgets, and sustainability best practices to strengthen the tourism economy.
