WALLA WALLA, Wash.-The city is currently investigating issues with utility payments made by customers in December.
According to the City of Walla Walla, the payments that may have been affected were mailed or dropped off in front of the Corps of Engineers building on 3rd Ave. between Dec. 10 and Dec. 16.
Customers who made payments in December should check with their bank to make sure their check or credit card payment was applied to their account.
The City of Walla Walla has filed a claim with the United States Postal Service and is investigating the situation, according to a press release from the City.
