WALLA WALLA, Wash.-Business owners have the opportunity to participate in Walla Walla’s first business satisfaction survey in a decade.
Walla Walla’s 2024 Business Satisfaction Survey was recently mailed to businesses and asks their thoughts and opinions on city services, performance of local government, the economic landscape, the regulatory environment and priorities for the upcoming year, according to a press release on the survey.
All business owners in the Walla Walla city limits should receive a survey starting the week of March. 11, and a reminder will be sent out the first week of April.
The survey may be completed and returned by mail or taken online, the results are expected to be compiled in May of 2024.
Walla Walla contracted with Cobalt Community Research, a nonprofit that assists local governments in community engagement for the survey.
According to the City of Walla Walla, the City Council and civic leadership will use the survey results to determine how the City is doing in engaging business and spending tax dollars wisely, with survey results also being used to move projects forward or shift the focus of existing projects.
