Utility, bridge work to slow traffic near Vantage through March 16

VANTAGE, Wash.-Drivers on I-90 east of Vantage should expect delays on Tuesday, March 12, due to utility work in the area.

According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, utility contractors will be stretching line over the highway and drivers should expect rolling slowdowns.

WADOT is also advising drivers to be alert for road work on the Vantage Bridge over the next week.

I-90 eastbound: Milepost 135 to 138 over the Vantage Bridge there will be a 24-hour single-lane closure with a 10-ft width restriction from March 11 at 5 a.m. until March 15 at 8 p.m.

I-90 westbound: Milepost 140 to 136 over the Vantage Bridge there will be a 24-hour single-lane closure with a 10-ft width restriction March 12 at 5 a.m. until Saturday, March 16 at 10 a.m.
