WALLA WALLA, Wash.-The Tietan Street and 2nd Ave intersection will be closed November 6 through 20 for upgrades to make it American with Disabilities Act compliant and for electrical work.
Detour routes will be in place during the two-week closure according to the City of Walla Walla, however, emergency vehicles will not have access to the area during work hours.
