UPDATE: Pasco Police arrest accused violent offender after police chase

PASCO, Wash. – UPDATE 4:45 p.m.

According to a new release, Pasco Police captured Victor Amezcua-Garcia and booked him into jail on charges of Armed Robbery, Assault in the 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree x2, Unlawful possession of a firearm, Eluding, Possession of stolen vehicle, and Unlawful Imprisonment.

The arrest took place in Pasco, Friday, January 24 after officers used a Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT) maneuver to disabled the suspect’s vehicle in the 700 block of Court Street near Community Action Connections.

Video of the arrest was posted to the Tri-Cities Bad Driver Shaming Facebook page.

Pasco Police are on the hunt for a man charged with armed robbery, kidnapping and first degree assault.

Victor Amezcua-Garcia, also known as “Lil Minor”, is considered dangerous, according to a release by Pasco Police.

Detectives are asking the community to remain vigilant and call non-emergency dispatch at 509-628-0333 or call 911 with any information about his whereabouts.
