KENNEWICK, Wash.–Kami akin Apartment residents heard numerous shots directed at the complex shortly before 10 p.m. last night.
Upon arrival, officers learned a vehicle passenger had taken the shots, according to a Kennewick Police Department Facebook post. One officer was able to locate the vehicle and detained the occupants after a high risk stop.
Both the driver and passenger were arrested for a Drive-by Shooting. One was arrested with Driving with a Suspended License, and the other with a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, according to the post. Both are now book in the Benton County Jail.
Nobody was injured during last night’s incident, but KPD is asking for witnesses to contact (509) 628-0333, referencing KPD 25-000195, according to the post.
