KENNEWICK, Wash. – Trios Health welcomed its first baby of 2024!
Hiraya was born at 2:40 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 1. She weighs four pounds and six ounces and measures 18 inches, being born to parents Crystal and Zachary.
“We are so thrilled to welcome our newest family member!” said Crystal. “The physicians, nurses and staff at Trios Birth Center took such great care of us and we are so thankful to them for making this experience so special.”
Since its opening in March 2022 and its move from its Trios’ Auburn campus, the Trios Birth Center has helped deliver 2,552 babies.
“We have an extraordinary team of clinical and support staff who are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming and comfortable environment for mothers and their babies on New Year’s Day and year-round,” said Trios Birth Center Director Melissa Wilson.
Kadlec also saw its first baby born in 2024 around three hours after Trios Health.
