RICHLAND, Wash.- UPDATE: 5:20 p.m.
According to the West Richland Police Department, the car that eluded police and led officers on a multi-jurisdiction chase had three passengers.
Two were arrested for the charges below and third passenger escaped law enforcement.
Pasco Police were later able to locate third passenger.

Early Sunday morning, Richland Police arrested a driver who led officers on a police chase and fled on foot.
According to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called around 2 a.m. this morning to respond to a drunk-driving complaint. When police tried to stop the truck in question, the driver refused to stop and continued into West Richland.
The Richland and West Richland police departments worked together to find the suspect and stop their car using spikes. Once the car was disabled, the driver ran from the scene. Officers found the suspect using a drone and their K9 team.
Police booked the driver on DUI, Felony Eluding, and suspended driving charges. The passenger of the car was booked for outstanding warrants and resisting arrest.
