TRI-CITIES, Wash.- Kinsley Murray is a 9-Year-Old girl who went viral earlier this year for her iconic rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. Murray performed at a Pacers’ game on February 26 2024 and her performance quickly garnered fans of all ages.

“I love when people ask for autographs because I’ve been practicing and I’ve actually been getting really good at it,” said Murray.

Murray said she is excited to represent Tri-Cities again December 6 in Las Vegas after winning the 2024 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo National Anthem contest. Open to all ages, Murray won airfare to and from Vegas, accommodations for two nights at a hotel and the chance to sing the National Anthem in front of a huge crowd.

“I just want to try my best and make Tri-Cities proud,” said Murray.

Kinsley shared she started singing at just 1-year-old in her dads choir before performing at the Tri-City Dust Devils and Everett Aquasox when she was 2-years-old.

“Then when I was five I sang like all over the place,” said Kinsley. “The NBA, the Major Leagues, football and hockey”.

She shared her favorite performance was at a Duke basketball game after her video singing at the Pacers game went viral.

“Before I even sang, the Duke fans or the Cameron Crazies were all lined up, hundreds of students wanted to take a picture with me,” said Murray.
