WALLA WALLA, Wash.- According to the City of Walla Walla, 4th Avenue will be closed on September 20, 2023.
At 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 4th Avenue from Birch Street to Stahl Street will be closed until 5:00 p.m.
Emergency vehicles and local traffic will be allowed.
