YAKIMA, Wash.-Drivers in Yakima will have to contend with both a tree removal project and water line work on Monday, June 3.
North 3rd Street will be closed between G Street and F Street for a tree removal project from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. While traffic in the area will be slowed, access to properties in the area will be maintained, according to the City of Yakima.
Traffic will be restricted on Nob Hill Boulevard between 12th Avenue and Pleasant Avenue for water line work between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions and drivers should expect delays due to the heavy amount of traffic in the area, according to the City of Yakima.
Access to homes and businesses will be maintained as best as possible and emergency vehicles will be allowed through.
