YAKIMA, Wash.-A tree removal project will close a stretch of S. 9th Avenue in Yakima over the next few weeks.
South 9th Avenue will be closed between Peach Street and Maclaren Street from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 26 and 27 and then again Dec. 2-4, according to the City of Yakima.
Access to properties in the area is expected to be maintained during the project.
