KENNEWICK, Wash.- According to a Facebook post made by the Kennewick Police Department, a train malfunction has closed Edison Street.
According to KPD, the BNSF train is currently experiencing a system failure which has stalled the train.
The train currently blocking Edison Street near Metaline Avenue in all directions.
Drivers are asked to use alternate routes. There is no estimated time for when the train will be able to move again.
