KENNEWICK, Wash.- Desert Harbor Youth & Teen Center will partner with the Family Resource Center of the Tri-Cities to host its 13 annual Glow in the Dark Easter-themed events at 3 Chicks Boutique on Cascade St. in Kennewick.
According to the FRC, there will be two separate events. The first event welcomes all ages from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. This event is recommended for kids ages 12 and older and will have a face painter.
The second event is for individuals 21 and over from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and requires a valid picture ID.
