KENNEWICK, Wash. – Kennewick Police arrested two teens on Wed., May 29 in relation to an assault and robbery from April, according to a Facebook post.
KPD says a 17-year-old and a 19-year-old allegedly attacked another 17-year-old in the 5500 block of West Hildebrand Boulevard and stole his name brand sweatshirt and shoes.
KPD notes that the attack was not at random and had stemmed from the victim talking with a woman known by one of the suspects.
Both teens were arrested in the same area as the initial attack with help from a KPD Student Resource Officer and Kennewick’s Criminal Apprehension Team.
The teens were booked into the Benton County Jail and are facing assault and robbery charges.
