RICHLAND, Wash. – The Tri-Cities Diversity and Inclusion Council is hosting its fourth annual Celebration of Community, Diversity and Culture on Sat., Sept. 7 at Howard Amon Park in Richland.
The free family-friendly event runs from noon to 8 p.m. and features food trucks, vendors, art, cultural entertainment and more.
