KENNEWICK, Wash.-The southbound lanes of US 395 are now open at Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick after a crash involving a stolen car and a semi.
The driver of a car reported stolen out of Mattawa ran a red light and crashed into a semi truck, according to Sergeant Chris Mann with the Washington State Patrol.
The driver of the stolen car ran from the scene after the crash and police are now searching for them.
According to Sergeant Mann, two passengers in the car were injured in the crash and transported to the hospital, one of them with major injuries.
The driver of the semi was uninjured in the crash and the southbound lanes are now reopened.
