SUNNYSIDE, Wash. – The Sunnyside Events Committee is hosting its 10th Annual Sunnyside Kids Lighted Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Dec. 1 at 6:30 p.m. to kick off the Christmas season.
The event takes place at Centennial Square in downtown Sunnyside, featuring a Christmas drawing for those who registered, a competition for the most creative and festive outfits and food and dessert from two vendor trucks.
Registration began at 5 p.m. at the gazebo on 6th and Edison with the parade starting at 6:30 p.m.
