YAKIMA, Wash.- South 7th Street will be closed to southbound traffic between Yakima Avenue and East Chestnut Avenue on Wednesday, Feb. 28.
According to the City of Yakima, the closure, which is expected to last from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., is necessary for a tree stump removal project.
Access to homes and businesses in the area will be maintained as best as possible during the project and drivers are advised to expect delays in the area.
