WALLA WALLA, WASH. — Walla Walla Community College is encouraging students to come learn about their college options this Wednesday, November 8th, at an event at their campus.
“Destination Bachelor’s Degree” is for high school students, where WWCC will discuss their options for bachelor’s degrees and transfer degrees. They say Columbia Basin College, Eastern Washington University, Lewis-Clark State College, and Washington State University will be attending the event as well.
WWCC says a representative from Whitman College will also be there to talk about the Gateway Program, which they say “encourages WWCC students from low-income, first-generation or other diverse backgrounds to pursue a liberal arts education at Whitman.”
The event will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Dietrich Dome.
