YAKIMA, Wash.-Yakima Valley Libraries annual Storytime Tour featuring Clifford the Big Red Dog will start on Saturday, March. 6.
The event for children and families will be held at seven different libraries throughout the week, with each stop including stories, songs, games, crafts, and an appearance by Clifford, according to the YVL.
“The Storytime Tour is an opportunity for staff to come together [across the library system] to promote children’s literacy and a love for reading this spring,” said Youth Services Program Coordinator, Madison Gailus.
Families will receive a free picture with Clifford at the free events suitable for all ages. Bilingual library staff will be available to answer any questions.
