YAKIMA, Wash.–A stolen vehicle was found being driven toward Terrace Heights after officers were dispatched to the location it was stolen from shortly before 8 p.m. Wednesday evening.
A Yakima Police Officer attempted to stop traffic, but the suspect began to drive recklessly and into oncoming traffic, according to a YPD press release. The officer terminated the pursuit, but found the vehicle crashed into a fence not too far away, but the suspect was missing.
Multiple agencies attempted to help locate the suspect, and K9 officers responded to the scene as well, according to the press release. The suspect has not been found yet.
