PASCO, Wash.-Stephen Bauman has announced that he is running for Franklin County Commissioner to replace Brad Peck.
According to a press release from the Franklin County Republican Party, Bauman will officially announce his candidacy on Friday, Nov. 17 inside the Franklin County Courthouse at 11 a.m.
Bauman is running for the District 1 position left vacant after the resignation of Brad Peck, who will leave office on Jan. 1.
“I believe I’m the right person for the job,” Bauman said. “I have lived, worked and built my business in Franklin County and there’s no one better equipped for this position.”
Bauman is the owner of B4 Development and Consulting in Pasco and chairman of the Franklin County Republican Party, he previously ran against Peck as a write-in candidate in 2020, according to a press release on his candidacy.
