State Patrol looking for witnesses to rollover near Union Gap that hospitalized 6

YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash.-The Washington State Patrol is looking for witnesses to a rollover crash on I-82 near Union Gap on July 6 that injured six people.

The WSP is asking anyone who saw or stopped for the crash near milepost 39 south of Union Gap around 8:30 p.m. to come forward during the investigation.

According to the WSP, a black GMC Yukon left the road and rolled in the median, coming to a stop near the eastbound shoulder.

All six of the people in the Yukon were hospitalized after the crash, including one child who suffered life-threatening injuries, according to the WSP.

The 32-year-old driver and an 11-year-old passenger were transported to Harborview Medical Center.

The other passengers, a 31-year-old woman and three other children were taken to Yakima Memorial Hospital.
