KENNEWICK, Wash. – Kennewick Police are asking people to avoid the area around the Central Park Apartments where officers are involved in a standoff with a male suspect.
A Nonstop Local reporter on the scene tells us officers in the 500 block of Olympia are using a megaphone to try to communicate with the man barricaded inside an apartment.
