SELAH, Wash. – A fire has closed SR 821 through the Yakima River Canyon, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
WSDOT says northbound traffic is stopped at milepost 3 near Selah while southbound traffic is stopped at milepost 16 at the Umtanum recreation site.
There is currently no estimated time for reopening.
