Spokane’s tallest building, the Bank of America Financial Center, has officially been sold.
That’s according to a report from the Spokane Journal of Business. The building has been sold to a Canada-based real estate company, called Redstone Group of Cos.
According to the report, the main building has about 355,000 square feet of office space, about 87 percent of which is currently being leased.
