PASCO, Wash.-Drivers in Pasco will need to slow down on I-182 near the Broadmoor Interchange for the next three months.

Starting on Thursday, Feb. 15, the speed limit will be reduced to 55 miles per hour for about 12 weeks, according to a press release from the City of Pasco.

In addition to the speed reduction, lane widths in the area will be reduced starting on Tuesday, Feb. 20.

The reductions in speed and lane width are being done to enhance the safety of drivers and construction workers in support of the ongoing project which involves finalizing the tie-in connection to the newly constructed loop off-ramp from I-182 to Broadmoor Street, according to the City.
