BENTON CITY, Wash.-A planned power outage is scheduled for some Benton REA customers on Wednesday, May 1.
The outage along Red Mountain Road is expected to last from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as Benton REA crews perform line upgrades and pole replacements.
Power must be turned off during the work for safety, however, the maintenance and upgrades will improve the reliability of electric services, according to the Benton REA.
