YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash.-One person was hospitalized in a two-car crash on I-82 near Outlook on May 16.
According to the Washington State Patrol, a Dodge Dart being driven eastbound on I-82 by a 22-year-old Sunnyside man hit a Ford Fiesta driven by a 34-year-old Selah woman around 11:17 p.m. on May 16.
The eastbound lanes of I-82 were closed at milepost 63 for about two hours due to the crash, but have since reopened.
The 34-year-old woman was transported to the hospital in Sunnyside. The other driver was uninjured.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
