HERMISTON, Ore. – Callers in Hermiston have reported calls pretending to be electricity providers who will disconnect service if payment isn’t made over the phone.
Hermiston Energy Services says its process to disconnection never involves a phone call threatening disconnection.
Anyone who answers a suspicious call is suggested to hang up and contact HES if you are unsure if it’s an accurate call.
