S. 38th reopened in West Richland after water line repairs

WEST RICHLAND, Wash.-According to the City of West Richland S. 38th Ave has reopened for traffic after being damaged by a water main break on September 29.

A split in the water main in the area between Mt. Adams View and Van Giesen caused the closure on S. 38th Ave. According to West Richland temporary repairs have been completed and the road was reopened as of 11:00 a.m. on October 10.

Reconstruction on the damaged portion of S. 38th Ave is tentatively scheduled for the spring or summer of 2024.
