Per WSDOT, the closed northbound lane has been reopened.

According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, northbound traffic on US 395 across the Blue Bridge is reduced to one lane due to a single-car rollover.
WSDOT says traffic is being detoured to Lewis Street.
